HOW TO QUALIFY:
Applicants must complete a rental application. Applicants must provide all the requested back-up documentation required to verify income, landlord/mortgage history, and credit history with in 3 days of submitting the rental application. The application will be reviewed for approval based on income, landlord history, and credit history. Some rental applicant problems may be resolved with payment of an extra deposit and/or a qualified co-signor to the lease agreement.
